How to Take Sample Pictures
- Wait for the right time: Store your sample at a proper temperature and wait until the mold colonies are large and distinctly colored (black, gray, pink, etc.).
- Top and Bottom View: Take a photo directly above the sample then turn the sample upside down and take a photo from below to capture a clear image of the mold colonies from the top and the reverse side.
- Focus on the Mold: Ensure the mold colonies are the main subject of your photo. Use your camera’s focus feature to capture crisp details.
- Optimal Lighting: Bright Environment: Photograph your sample in a well-lit area.
- Clear View: Gently remove any water droplets from the lid. Avoid making any marks or scratches on the lid.
